Debra Romney Spilsbury

Debra holds a master’s degree in education from Southern Utah University. Prior to joining the Imperial team, Debra served as English department chair in a private, bilingual, college preparatory school where she also taught advanced English writing and literature courses. She also worked as a certified ESL instructor for a local international academy. Debra is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.
